Live Help, Now Ratings. What Else Will LL Take Away?

Linden Labs announced today that the new beta grid will feature (or is that not feature?) the ratings system. Instead, they hope 3rd party websites will replace the “less and less useful” ratings system.
This reporter has only received 2 ratings, and therefore doesn’t mind the removal.
