Griefers form Alliance and Strike Multiple Communities in Week Long Event

Posted by Areth Gall on June 27, 2007

-This Post is under construction. Links and Images will be added as it is updated-

Note: This article is rated PG-13 in association with being posted during Second Life’s Birthday, and while being in a Second Life Birthday PG sim. More offensive content has been filtered out, but includes more intense graphics of sex, porn, bizzare fetishes, and other offensive natured content.

Please note that the contents of this article may still be found offensive. If you find that acts of griefing are too difficult to read, please explore articles.

Late Tuesday Night, or Wednesday Morning for some, actions occurred that were again based out of malice. But Malice for what? Overall, several headlines would have represented this article;

While all of these Headlines describe incidents that occurred, tragic and malice filled, they would do injustice to be posted without taking consideration to the other potential headlines. That is because these headlines are all a part of the same scheme. They were done by the same people, and all of these people were working together.

A group was created, described by its designers to be a ‘parody’ of the Alliance Navy. This group is called the ‘AIliance Navy’, and do note the ‘i’ that is used for the second letter. In order to prevent confusion in this article, the false group will be called the ‘Parody Navy’ in this article.

This Parody Navy seized the true Alliance Navy’s training facility located in the sim of Emit Time late Tuesday Night. It was seized not through a firefight or any battle, but instead, the land was seized through the transfer of ownership. Leia Lulu, one of the Emit Time Admins, transferred land rights from the current renter: Uildiar Kuhn, to one of the individuals from the Parody Navy. Uildiar claims that he had lost his a job and could no longer afford to make payments, and that he was approached by a representative of the Parody Navy whom offered to reimburse him of the remainder of his lease for the month if he would transfer the land. Uildiar accepted, and Leia Lulu transferred the land. The Alliance Navy counters this claim with their statement that Nanao Mahfouz had paid Uildiar the lease prior and that the land should still be theirs. Accordingly, the Parody Navy may have tricked the landlord into believing that the Parody Navy was the real Alliance Navy and have gotten the land that way. Nanao Mahfouz is unable to be reached for comment due to being enrolled in The United States Air Force Bootcamp in Real Life.

This reporter arrived on the scene at about 5:00am SLT Wednesday Morning. I was contacted by Harlequin Salome, whom proceeded to state that the Alliance Navy had already paid for the land and didn’t know why it had been transferred over to the Parody Navy, whom was a group of griefers and had proceeded to harass the Alliance Navy throughout the night.

The Parody Navy had constructed a base using tools commonly associated with griefing – large boxes featuring what some would consider offensive content.

When I arrived, this is what I saw;

(Please Note that more offensive content has again, been filtered out).

Tizzers Foxchaser, an Admin for Woodbury University and one of the officers for the Parody Navy was on scene, as well as other individuals. When I approached them with the Alliance Navy’s claims, they stated that they had paid for the land and legally obtained it. Also, reporters were ‘think they know it alls’, and I needed to buzz off. Tizzers had obtained a copy of the old Alliance Navy Uniform, and she and her crew were masquerading around as false ‘AN’ personel, including Admirals and Gwunts. ‘Grunt’ is a term used by the Merczateers as a low rank. The Land itself was set to No Damage, but push was enabled.

Later in the day I would return. And in returning, I would find a scene that I found quite odd, but I was relatively unsurprised. After all, it was only Timmahy Widgets and Sly Axon of Titan Industries that were present, with the Parody Navy’s Tags on, and wearing False Alliance Navy Garb. Timmahy Widgets is the Head Scripter of Titan Industries Inc. Sly Axon is the former mate of Aryte Vesperia, owner of Titan Industries Inc. They both logged out, Timmahy Widgets first and Sly Axon within thirty seconds after, having seen me at two-hundred meters above. I do not believe they noticed me observing them, but before Sly Axon could log out, Vicious Nishi logged in and began firing at me – something that Titan Industries Inc. loves to do. More about these two and Titan will be discussed later in this article.

I went summoned Miller Rust, owner of the Anthro Military Coalition that is located in FlyinTails Airfield and Furry Park. Both of these sims are a part of the Fur Valley Communities. After attempting to explain the situation, he stated that he didn’t care – militaries caused drama, reporters were untrustworthy and didn’t care for the truth. And so, he left, and I left and went afk.

When I returned later again that evening. The Fur Valley Communities had been hit by griefers. The Fur Valley Communities labeled it off as being the Patriotic Nigras and didn’t look into it further. I worked with Mako Minoque and Leo Linden to restart Serenity Woods. I then headed back to Emit Time. A Linden had also swooped by Emit Time and removed the Griefing Base. For the time, the Northwest Corner of Emit Time was bare.

Lurdan Huszar, head of the Merczateers, a rival group to the Alliance Navy whom has been at war with the AN for the past several months, stopped by and began discussing, or arguing things with the Alliance Navy. Harlequin Salome accused Lurdan Huszar of being involved and of supporting the Parody Navy. Lurdan countered with a claim that he had been told ten minutes before the land transfer occurred the night before, and that the incident would have occurred if he had known or not. He also claimed that he did not go along with it. In irony, another Merczateer, Akamu Hua whom had participated in the Parody Navy earlier that day, lied to my face in front of his commanding officer stating that he had done no such thing.

Needless to say, this is why you don’t lie to reporters. You might get caught.

Lurdan Huszar left the scene after some more arguing and Leia Lulu, the sim admin, eventually logged on. Nothing was done while Leia was on, however, and despite her claim before she left that the plots of land had been joined into one and that there was only one Alliance Navy group present in her sim, this was apparently not the case. A Furry Concentration Camp was built by Thursday Morning.

I brought Nexxus Ambassador – owner of the Furnation Sims, as well as Ethen Pow, owner of the Drakeal Sims, explained the situation as best as I knew, and both sides of the arguments to them. At the time, it was then as it is now – either the Alliance Navy had paid for the land and had it transferred through the Parody Navy’s fraud, or the Parody Navy had purchased the land legally, for griefing, and with funds donated by patrons of their ‘arts’. That would be, the art of their griefing tactics. Both took this into consideration and went back to their sims, which would later be attacked by the individuals whom resided in the Furry Concentration Camp. Confirmed griefers as reported by Furnation Admins that were from the Woodbury University group included: Derkaderp Rodenberger, Jafo Ochs, Screwdriver Hammerer, LeroyFan Allen, Garrett Broek, and Aruk Barbosa. LeroyFan Allen also began harassing Ethen Pow while he was located in a neighboring parcel in Emit Time.

It wouldn’t be the last attack though – The Fur Valley Sims were hit later that day, and Furnation was hit again twice on Friday. Thousands of Lindens and non-replacable items were lost in the attacks. The arguments and standoffs between the Parody Navy and the Alliance Navy continued with additional persons becoming involved.

On Saturday, during the Second Life Fourth Birthday Party, SL4B, the /b/tards would later claim responsibility for launching a griefing attack in the SLO# sims. I noticed one of the /b/tard members there shortly after Phillip’s speech was to begin: Alyx Stoklitsky. With the recognition that she was in the SL4B volunteer group and could rez scripted items anywhere in the birthday sims, I sent an IM to Spike Linden. Spike did not appear to heed my warning, however. (See the Second Life Herald Article for more information on the SL4B attack: Herald Article)

Despite these negatives, not all arguments were bad, and some deeds of justice were even performed. One such Champion of Justice was none other than Kuro Amat, a little known guy whom no one knows much about, other than he showed up at a griefing incident with no apparent personal involvements. However, out of everyone, he summed what the point of this article should be pretty well.

[20:00] Kuro Amat: this is stupid :|

[20:00] Kuro Amat: i am not leaving until this is resolved :|

[20:00] Kuro Amat: its my duty as a citizen of second life!

antigriefer-kumo-amat.png

That’s right. The Lindens talked about communities being in charge of their own security and how they would respond to the situations beginning at least as far back as a year ago. The consequences of griefing are somewhat clear;

pol-blotter-2.png

The consequences of not caring are very clear. Miller Rust was asked to look things over, but after being teleported in, he didn’t care. It only took a few hours for the sims that Miller Rust participated in to get attacked by the same people he refused to care about.

Asked again now, he states;

[11:41] Miller Rust: oh, i heard somethign abotu that but i dont knwo anythign abotu it, and its none of my business

[11:41] Miller Rust: i dont have anythign to do with big army politics on SL

[11:41] Miller Rust: ive tried to tell you that

[11:42] Miller Rust: i just make friends with peopel as people. i dont care abotu the politics”.

[11:43] Miller Rust: other than that, i dont understand why you think there is some conspiracy. i dont knwo who you are and dont care

[11:43] Miller Rust: im just someoen who likes to roleplay military stuff on second life, and wants to be left in peace

If Miller had taken the time to care and do something about griefing, instead of denouncing it as a reporter conspiracy, maybe the attacks that occurred in the Fur Valley Communities could have been prevented. If things are going to change in Second Life, then someone has to make it change. So, the next question arises: Whom is responsible for these attacks? Well, let’s take a look beyond just the griefers. Let’s look at those whom donated items and funded the griefers.

Recall earlier that Timmahy Widgets and Sly Axon were found participating with and in the Parody Navy. Both Served in the Novus Ordo Imperialis as Praetors – The Highest Achievable rank in the group, after having left the Alliance Navy. The Alliance Navy has claimed since last fall that Timmahy Widgets gave the Novus Ordo Imperialis many of their scripting secrets as well as copies of their gear. Both Sly Axon and Timmahy Widgets also used the Copybot during its release last fall.

These claims match why items that were created by Timmahy Widgets and Sly Axon were later used in the construction of the Griefing Base, and later the Furry Concentration Camp that was built after a Linden tore down the Griefing Base. In addition, it was stated by a spokesperson for the Parody Navy that Aryte Vesperia, head of Titan Industries Inc. donated money for the purchase of the plot of land, which is supported by quotes from more than one individual. These include;

[20:02] IntLibber Brautigan: a number of wholly legitimate groups provided funding, including some of AN’s enemies

[20:02] IntLibber Brautigan: I was merely the escrow agent

Another representative whom has had strong ties with Aryte stated;

[12:31] Anonymous: BTW, as a heads up, this wasn’t Titan’s idea, and they only fronted part of the cost.

[15:46] Anonymous: We didn’t defraud the land, and Aryte only paid for part of it. We bought the lease, fair and square. AN’s just mad because they didn’t pay their rent.

Aryte Vesperia was the head of the Alliance Navy II, a group of Alliance Navy Rebels that broke off in protest of the Alliance Navy. Their base was centered in Venuma North, which has since been sold. Aryte led them into becoming the Venuma Coalition, and after their abandonment of Venuma North due to disputes with Dirk DaSilva, the Landlord of Venuma and Venuma North, over the Venuma Coalition’s harassment of Venuma Residents. Aryte would then make temporary camp in the Sim of Wolf Valley, using it as a place to hold meetings, build equipment, and plan for the purchase of his sim: Macaroth. With the purchase of the Sim Macaroth, Aryte Vesperia opened the Novus Ordo Imperialis. Aryte would later shut down the Novus Ordo Imperialis and take up leadership of Titan Industries Inc, which many Ordo personnel followed him to, and many consider the Novus Ordo Imperialis in an industrial form. Indeed, in recent months, a sim called ‘Titan’ has appeared where Macaroth once was. Several rumors surrounded this sim, including that the Ordo was restarting, and that any member of the Ordo whom talked about it would be ‘executed’. Recent days has seen Aryte Vesperia create a group called the ‘The Ordo Imperialis.’ When the Novus Ordo Imperialis shut down, several strikes against the Alliance Navy by Novus Ordo Remnants were made out of hatred. In addition, Aryte Vesperia and several other members of Titan Industries participated with the Merczateers in recent months, offering them gear and assisting against incursions by the Alliance Navy. The Merczateers and the Alliance Navy have been at war well since before April. This followed a failed attempt to create the treaties ANSUCKS and MOSCOW, which attempted to outlaw the Alliance Navy from participating with any signing members, while Titan Industries was a leading candidate to be awarded a supply contract for standard arms for all treaty members. These are all reasons why Aryte and Titan Industries may have donated to such a cause, but it is far from being a full list of allegations that could be made. A full list of allegations against Titan Industries Inc. and its predecessors can be found here: Titan Idustries and The (Novus) Ordo Imperialis

Later Wednesday after encountering Titan Industries with the Parody Navy, I had a conversation with Kekken Biberman about his boss’s involvement with this. His Boss is none other than IntLibber Brautigan, whom I later interviewed. Kekken refused to allow me to quote him or post his statements in the SL Times, which I will respect. Here is the result of my interview with IntLibber;

[15:13] *** parent estate: 1, mainland

[15:13] IntLibber Brautigan: Hello Areth

[15:13] IntLibber Brautigan: I’ve been told you are claiming that I’ve frauded someone. Could you care to explain this?

[17:05] Areth Gall: The only one I asked about you was Kekken. I’d be happy to show you the chatlog I had with him if he’s okay with that. If it’s someone else that’s claiming that I’ve been slandering your name, there’s nothing I can do about that. I’ve been getting reports about that junk all day. Are you on? Kekken said you weren’t.

[17:05] Second Life: User not online - message will be stored and delivered later.

[17:05] Areth Gall: And shit. I apologize for taking so long to realizing that your message was there.

[17:05] Second Life: User not online - message will be stored and delivered later.

[17:10] IntLibber Brautigan: I’m on

[17:10] IntLibber Brautigan: no problem

[17:10] Areth Gall: Kekken won’t let me send the log

[17:10] IntLibber Brautigan: thats fine

[17:10] IntLibber Brautigan: what is this all about?

[17:11] Areth Gall: Well, the Alliance Navy claimed that someone made a group called the ailiance navy and impersonated their group and tricked the Landlord of a sim into giving land that the AN paid for to the fake AN.

[17:11] Areth Gall: I take it you’re familiar with this false group?

[17:11] IntLibber Brautigan: well “false” is a strong term for a group intent on lawful parody and satire

[17:12] Areth Gall: I said fake, and it is fake.

[17:12] IntLibber Brautigan: well its in the LL database, so its as real as Alliance Navy

[17:13] Areth Gall: So I take it you have some gruff with the AN.

[17:13] IntLibber Brautigan: Ailiance Navy is supported by a large number of SL groups who dislike AN’s regular arrogance, offensiveness, disregard of landowners rights and policies, and disregard of their own rules when it suits their purposes.

[17:14] IntLibber Brautigan: Alliance Navy itself is little more than a griefer group in uniform

[17:14] IntLibber Brautigan: What transpired last night was a legal transaction transferrring land from Uildiar Kuhn, the lawful tenant, and Ailiance Navy.

[17:14] IntLibber Brautigan: At no time was the land in my posession

[17:15] IntLibber Brautigan: the estate owner transferred the land herself

[17:15] IntLibber Brautigan: I was merely there to mediate, as an escrow for rental funds

[17:15] IntLibber Brautigan: and to help Ailiance Navy people set up their group structure

[17:16] IntLibber Brautigan: I was asked to do this because I am widely trusted as an impartial and neutral broker across SL

[17:17] IntLibber Brautigan: AN’s claims of fraud are just one more of their many false accusations against others

[17:17] IntLibber Brautigan: for instance, AN once had Kekken, my estate manager, banned from SL for 7 days for “parcel encroachment” in Dorien, even tho he has never owned land there.

[17:17] IntLibber Brautigan: AN owns that whole siim

[17:17] IntLibber Brautigan: they lied in their abuse report there

[17:18] IntLibber Brautigan: they also filed a false abuse report against me this morning

[17:18] IntLibber Brautigan: for “disclosure”

[17:18] IntLibber Brautigan: they filed a false AR against Tizzers Foxchase for “copyright violation”

[17:18] IntLibber Brautigan: and I have no idea what other false charges they may have brought.

[17:19] IntLibber Brautigan: AN violates others land rights regularly

[17:19] IntLibber Brautigan: for instance, they once launched an attack on Badnarik from my civillian sim of Friedman, from the basement of the World Trade Center tower 2.

[17:19] IntLibber Brautigan: two sims away

[17:19] IntLibber Brautigan: this is not only against my estate rules and covenant, but a gross offense against those who died on 9/11

[17:20] IntLibber Brautigan: There are many people in SL who are tired of AR’s arrogance and abuses

[17:20] IntLibber Brautigan: the Ailiance Navy is an attempt to parody the AN, much as Charlie Chaplin once parodied Hitler on the silver screen.

[17:22] IntLibber Brautigan: When they organized their group, the asked me to mediate the transactions required, because I am widely recognised as a neutral broker. People trust me.

[17:23] IntLibber Brautigan: any other questions?

[17:23] Areth Gall: Only question I asked is if you were on

[17:23] Areth Gall: Now, whom told you that I’ve been stating you committed fraud?

[17:23] IntLibber Brautigan: A number of people

[17:24] IntLibber Brautigan: I’m sure they assumed your statements about the ANs accusations you were taking as factual.

[17:25] Areth Gall: Well, as I told Kekken, I’m not sure what happened. The only way I’ll know for sure which side is telling the truth is asking the landlord when she gets on. You can ask Kekken what I told him. And I’m sure nothing I do will convince you that I didn’t go blurbering your name about to a bunch of other people. But, that’s something I’ve grown quite used to when Titan Industries and the Novus Ordo Imperialis are involved

[17:26] IntLibber Brautigan: Well If you say you aren’t accusing me, then I’ll believe you

[17:26] IntLibber Brautigan: that whole circle of military groups, Ordo, AN, etc are all a big bunch of drama queens

[17:26] IntLibber Brautigan: take their stuff way too seriously

[17:27] IntLibber Brautigan: The facts are that the rightful tenant wasn’t AN

[17:27] IntLibber Brautigan: it was Uildiar Kuhn

[17:27] IntLibber Brautigan: AN was a guest on his land

[17:28] Areth Gall: Yes, I interviewed Uildiar earlier. I need to interview the AN about him as well.

[17:28] IntLibber Brautigan: The backers of Ailiance Navy gave me money for escrow

[17:28] Areth Gall: However, of all things you’re accusing the AN of, I’ve seen much, much worse.

[17:28] IntLibber Brautigan: and I paid Uildiar when the transaction was done and land transferred.

[17:29] IntLibber Brautigan: the group then asked me to help them get their member role abilities set right

[17:29] IntLibber Brautigan: TheUnstoppable Gazov and Tizzers Foxchase are in control of the group.

[17:30] IntLibber Brautigan: Tizzers owns Woodbury University, as you may be aware of

[17:30] IntLibber Brautigan: or is its admin for the RL university

[17:30] Areth Gall: Isn’t Woodbury Unversity a known griefer group?

[17:30] IntLibber Brautigan: no

[17:30] IntLibber Brautigan: the sim of WU was infiltrated by Patriotic Nigras a few months ago

[17:30] IntLibber Brautigan: they have since been removed

[17:31] IntLibber Brautigan: and the peaceful /b/tard members of SL are now working with Tizzers to make WU a real learning sim, as it was intended.

[17:31] IntLibber Brautigan: Its students are arts students primarily

[17:31] IntLibber Brautigan: so they have a lot of affinity for anime and the /b/ board on 4chan

[17:31] IntLibber Brautigan: /b/tards are not PN

[17:31] IntLibber Brautigan: some are

[17:32] IntLibber Brautigan: just as some YTMND are PN

[17:32] IntLibber Brautigan: and some eBaums are PN

[17:32] IntLibber Brautigan: even some w-hat

[17:32] IntLibber Brautigan: Woodbury University has asked me to teach building and SL business there in the next semester

[17:33] IntLibber Brautigan: “space monies” as they call it

[17:33] IntLibber Brautigan: Tizzers is dedicated to showing the world the positive constructive side of /b/tards.

[17:34] IntLibber Brautigan: If everybody keeps going around calling people they don’t like ‘griefers’, then SL is a worse place

[17:35] IntLibber Brautigan: Prokofy is an example of this

[17:35] IntLibber Brautigan: LL has proven to be incapable of keeping such people out of SL

[17:35] IntLibber Brautigan: therefore using a “war on terror” type strategy is impossible to win

[17:36] IntLibber Brautigan: for this reason, the only long term solution is to use political and economic inscentives to motivate noobs away from becoming involved in griefing in the first place, particularly the most creative individuals.

[17:37] IntLibber Brautigan: we’ve already had great success in eroding the recruitement base for griefer groups, by giving noobs training and employment opportunities.

[17:38] IntLibber Brautigan: teaching them the realities of “space monies”

[17:52] Areth Gall: Space monies?

[17:53] IntLibber Brautigan: thats what these 4chan students call L$

[17:53] IntLibber Brautigan: i.e. they are virtual,

[17:53] Areth Gall: Alright. do you mind if I quote you?>

[17:53] IntLibber Brautigan: what part?

[17:54] IntLibber Brautigan: If its within context thats fine. I really dislike having my statements distorted.

[17:54] Areth Gall: Alright. Thank you.

As promised, I have kept IntLibber’s statements in context… and now I will begin commenting on it. First of all, I would like to state that while I have made statements to admins of Furnation and of the Fur Valley Communities in previous days that IntLibber provided donations to this group. After re-reading his statement, my statement appears to be a mis-interpretation. I wish for that to be clarified. This does not mean that other people have not made statements of such. Regardless, I would question IntLibber’s involvement with the Woodbury University. First of all, Woodbury University’s members made numerous attacks against Furnation and the Fur Valley Communities during their stay in Emit Time. In fact, most of the individuals whom were involved with Emit Time were later reported this week as being a part of the attacks. In addition to the attacks made on Furnation, the Parody of the Alliance Navy can be seen as an act of griefing, and the endorsement of it can be seen as an endorsement of griefing, whether it was anticipated that the griefers would take the time to grief other groups or not. So the question becomes, are the people whom endorse such actions, provide donations to them – are they guilty of the crimes that those they endorsed, commit?

I later had a quick interview with Profoky Neva, a respected collogue from the Second Life Herald. In this, Profoky Neva had the following to say;

[17:49] Areth Gall: Are you familiar with an individual named Tizzers Foxchaser?

[17:50] Prokofy Neva: Yes she’s banned from my properties, she orchestrates the griefing of the b/tards, the v-5s

[17:50] Areth Gall: Hm. Do you know of an IntLibber Brautigan?

[17:50] Prokofy Neva: yes he is a large property owner and investor in Hope Capital and he’s somehow decided to approve of her, not sure why, probably for some strategic reason

[17:51] Areth Gall: Are you familiar with the Emit Time incidents that have occured this week?

[17:51] Prokofy Neva: I don’t know what that means no

[17:52] Areth Gall: Emit Time is a sim. IntLibber, Ethan Schuman, Tizzers, and some other guy orchestrated the purchase of an Alliance Navy Base there, and eventually turned it into a Furry Concentration Camp.

[17:52] Prokofy Neva: yes another reporter has already done that story it’s coming out soon

[17:53] Areth Gall: I thought Pixeleen hadn’t finished it yet tonight. I’m from the SL Times, and I invited her to share notes with me later tonight. However, since you have a past with these people, perhaps I could pick your brain a little?

[17:53] Areth Gall: Tizzers specifically mentioned your name, by the way. Something about wanting to have lesbian sex with you.

[17:54] Prokofy Neva: ugh

[17:54] Prokofy Neva: this is a false statement: “[17:31] IntLibber Brautigan: and the peaceful /b/tard members of SL are now working with Tizzers to make WU a real learning sim, as it was intended.”

[17:54] Prokofy Neva: These “Woodbury Security” people are witnessed, documented, photographed, and reported doing all the classic griefing stuff

[17:54] Prokofy Neva: particles, object insertion, etc. etc. etc.

[17:54] Prokofy Neva: Tizzers is behind it all, it’s all fake

[17:55] Areth Gall: Considering everyone in the Parody Navy, as I call em, have launched at least four attacks on the Fur Valley Community Sims and Furnation this week, I have no qualms with that statement.

[17:55] Prokofy Neva: Either Intlibber is a fool or he is just playing along to gather intel — or both

[17:55] Areth Gall: However, Tizzer’s isn’t behind it all. He’s acting as a landholder. And he or Ethan Schuman recieved donations from other groups and individuals to fund this.

[17:55] Prokofy Neva: I dunnno, these people have time to play on SL all day and construct this very elaborate inner world of intrigue and espionate and such, I’m just busy and don’t have time for it.

[17:56] Areth Gall nods

[17:56] Prokofy Neva: Tizzers is indeed a bad actor here

[17:56] Prokofy Neva: She’s been caught now a number of times coming and scoping out parcels right before attacks of griefing from her people

[17:56] Prokofy Neva: sorry, no sale if you are trying to rehabilitate her, she’s incorrigible, and very manipulative

[17:56] Prokofy Neva: I just don’t play.

From these statements, I have to question Intlibber’s statements, as very few people involved in the Parody Navy that I observed were later involved in some attack of some form on another sim or were no longer present after several suspensions from Second Life occurred in Emit Time. I later interviewed IntLibber a second time, although I will provide excerpts so that this interview is not as long.

[20:05] IntLibber Brautigan: When Leia Lulu transferred the land into Ailiance Navy group, which she was invited to and joined

[20:05] IntLibber Brautigan: she deeded it herself

[20:05] IntLibber Brautigan: I then paid the money to Uildiar Kuhn

[20:05] Areth Gall: Okie dokies.

[20:05] IntLibber Brautigan: thats how escrow works

[20:05] Areth Gall nods

[20:06] Areth Gall: I ask for clarification because even if I describe it, it might have meant something different to you.

[20:06] IntLibber Brautigan: Leia Lulu saw the group she was joining

[20:07] IntLibber Brautigan: had a chance to read its charter

[20:07] IntLibber Brautigan: she cannot in any way claim she was in any way ‘duped’.

[20:07] IntLibber Brautigan: in fact

[20:07] IntLibber Brautigan: at the time

[20:07] IntLibber Brautigan: the owners of the group had the rank “AN Fl337 Admiral”

[20:08] IntLibber Brautigan: which is clearly facetious

[20:09] IntLibber Brautigan: well the Merczateers reside in my estate

[20:09] Areth Gall: Although all evidence I have of Leia suggests otherwise thus far.

[20:09] IntLibber Brautigan: I make it my business to understand how their organization works

[20:10] IntLibber Brautigan: so I know who to bitch at and who has no authority

[20:10] IntLibber Brautigan: I’d be shocked if Leia didn’t do the same

[20:10] IntLibber Brautigan: else she’s merely irresponsible

When asked if IntLibber had the rights to transfer the group’s land away from the Parody Navy, he stated;

[20:16] Areth Gall: One last question. Do you have any control at all over the land in Emit Time?

[20:17] Areth Gall: Would you be able to deed it away or anything? Or is that beyond your capabilities?

[20:18] IntLibber Brautigan: Because of the controversial nature of the people running Ailiance Navy, they have asked me to act as a liason. I could deed the land away if I were a no good rotten bastard. I hold my character in higher regard, my reputation as a neutral broker in SL remains sacrosanct.

Keeping these interviews in mind… as much as I would love to condemn Intlibber’s actions, for arranging the transfer of land, for acting out of hatred, there remains a question. If Intlibber did not commit these actions, would they have found someone to take his place? Did they even need him to perform these actions? The answer is, most likely. However, if IntLibber made it his business to know what type of people the Merczateers were, and would hold it as irresponsible of Leia if these individuals were going to cause grief and she deeded the land to them, then would it not be irresponsible of IntLibber to not look into the Woodbury University and the /b/tards group whom he acted as a ‘liason’ to help in purchasing the land? And if so, then how come, after these griefing actions have been stated obviously, does he proceed to say that because he would be a ‘no good rotten bastard’ for deeding the land away from a griefing group?

If Titan Industries and Aryte Vesperia had not donated time, equipment, and money, would these events have occurred? Perhaps, but probably not. Or at least, those others whom donated would have had to pay more.

So the question is, whom is responsible for these attacks? Whom should be held responsible, and what should the penalty for their crimes be? In that, it is not completely the decision of Linden Labs. Rather, Linden Labs has stated that communities need to take a stand for what they believe – and they do. It is through this that I create a proposal. Let the citizens of Second Life Sign Petitions stating that they do or do not feel which individuals should be held accountable, and if more needs to be done. This is your opportunity to tell the Lindens, The Administrators of Communities – anyone whom would read this, what you think about how things are, and if enough is being done, or if you want to see more. State if you think IntLibber Brautigan went over the line. State if Titan Industries Inc. should be considered a griefer organization.

Here are the locations of Petition Stands. (To be added) I would plead everyone whom reads this to go to one of these and add their name to a petition. The Petition Article can be found here: Petition Article. I will update each petition nightly.

Titan Industries and the (Novus) Ordo Imperialis

Posted by Areth Gall on June 27, 2007

-This Post is under construction. Links and Images will be added as it is updated-

During Aryte’s reign over the Venuma Coalition and the Novus Ordo Imperialis, many less than kosher incidents occurred, including the money theft of over $1200 United States Dollars from Fladara Einarmige. This money theft was performed by Nysrothi Kirkorian, whom at the time had an alt named Adonis Murasaki. Adonis/Nysrothi gave out Lindens by the 10,000’s and 20,000’s to anyone whom was present in Venuma North at the time, including this reporter. I received two sets of 10,000L. Nysrothi at the time admitted to Keno Pontoppidan, Second in Command of the Venuma Coalition, whom was also Second in Command of the Novus Ordo Imperialis and Titan Industries, as well as the founder of Titan Industries, that she had used Fladara’s Credit Card information to purchase the Lindens. Adonis’ account was shortly after banned, but not before making a Substantial Contribution to Aryte Vesperia for the Donation of a Sim, since tensions were already flaring between the leaders of the Venuma Coalition and Dirk DaSilva. Aryte has claimed he did not receive stolen funds, an some of his leadership to this day claims the same, although many involved leaders will claim otherwise – that Aryte received the money, but did not know that it was stolen. This is hypocritical to the actions that would later occur, when Adonis/Nysrothi created an alternate account named Adonis Essex. Adonis Essex, under a month old, was promoted to the rank of Praetor in the Novus Ordo Imperialis. This does not occur in groups unless it is approved of by the leadership of the group, for Praetors cannot create new Praetors. In addition, the leadership would have to have reason to promote someone to this rank without good reason, and an individual whom has been on Second Life for under a month does not have good reason. Therefore, it is my assumption that Adonis Essex confessed to the Aryte Vesperia whom he was, as he confessed whom he was to myself. I confirmed his identity in a phone call last fall with Linden Labs, whom consequently banned the account Adonis Essex within two minutes of me hanging up the phone. All of these things are something that Linden Labs can easily check, and for some reason, has not, or has decided to do nothing about. Ironically, they later decided to unban multiple Furnation Admins when Nexxus Ambassador supposedly received a large number of stolen Lindens. Is it because, as Fladara Einarmige stated, that she was threatened by Linden Labs that her account would be banned if she went through with a lawsuit against Aryte Vesperia?

In recent conversations, Aryte has claimed that he did not need to file the stolen money on his income tax returns or his FAFSA. His claim is that the total amount was under $2000 USD, which he says is forgivable by United States Laws.

In addition, other allegations can be made against Titan Industries Inc. for other actions of foul play;

1. The Crashing of Sims

2. The use of copybot to copy peoples items

3. Attacks and acts of Harrassment against people they didn’t like.

4. The ‘Executions’ of some of their members for doing things as simply as talking to people, such as Fladara Einarmige, without asking the leadership of the Novus Ordo Imperialis First. The act of an execution means drawing someone out into nowhere and pumping them through of lead, performing discriminatory acts, spawnkilling them for over half an hour as has happened to some individuals, and slandering their names for actions they didn’t commit.

5. Breaking the rules of Sims, such as;

1. The posting of solicitations (sales items) in the home stores of other sims, going against sim rules by not paying for a vendor, as well as rezzing griefing items to produce lag. One such example of this occurred last night (the night of Tuesday, June 27th) in Furtopia. The owner of the store was Logen Fasching, one of Titan Industrie’s competitors. Logen also claims that Titan Industries has copied multiple versions of his items.

2. In Wolf Valley, a residential sim where guns and militaries were not allowed at the time. Of course, Aryte Vesperia was an admin in Wolf Valley, so even if another Admin tells him to stop, the sim rules state that it is an admin vs admin dispute that will be settled between those admins.

3. Venuma, where they executed residents and harassed residents whom were inside of their property, where the Sim Owner said they are allowed to do anything they want, short of harassing residents.

Execution includes sniping from rooftops and ground level, running into residential areas and mowing down residents.

Harrassment includes standing outside residents, flying under residential complexes in large floating pirate ships and refusing to leave while residents attempt have a meeting. Also, the attempt to tell residents that they were not allowed to leave their residences or they would be shot, and the attempt to tell residents what they were allowed to wear inside of their residents, and that they would be shot if they did not follow the ‘specialized on the spot and just for them’ restrictions.

Aryte and his officers were personally warned by Dirk DaSilva that the individuals were residents and that the attacks needed to stop.

4. Venuma North where the Novus Ordo Imperialis also broke their own charter rules by carrying out attacks against individuals whom were trying to build a base after the Novus Ordo Imperialis left. These attacks included snipings, aerial avatar flying gunfights, as well as more aggressive attacks such as sim crashing.

5. Castaneae, where Aryte Vesperia organized an attack that resulted in my home being burned down and pictures being taken with a body in a bed that I was in the process of making, stating that they had put me down. Pictures provided in this article INSERT LINK were taken from pictures posted inside of Macaroth. The pictures were removed after Lindens began showing up in the sim following abuse reports.

I am sure that there are many more of such incidents that I did not directly observe.

6. The Creation of Scamming Accounts, such as DonationsAsToArethGall Chernov and DonationsToArethGall Chernov. These accounts were created within twelve hours of my being put on the Novus Ordo Imperialis’s Kill On Sight list – something that occurred due to me telling the Novus Ordo Imperialis that they needed to stop, for not going along with them, and for threatening them that if they did not stop, that I would eventually launch an attack that followed the rules of their sim, and show them how to fight fairly. Such an attack never occurred as the Novus Ordo Imperialis shut down well before it was organized.

7. Attempting to gather real life information and the use of it to try to take the death of family, or the birth of a child or a young child’s birthday, and attempting to defile the event through slander or attempted assassinations. Face it, Kats Spectre, someone that Aryte convinced to join Second Life to act as his security officer for the Novus Ordo Imperialis and specifically come after me – enjoys joking about the dog of mine that my family put down last fall – a night he picked specifically as an assassination attempt, which failed after his bullets failed.

These people are sick. They act out of anger, they will continue acting out of anger in manners that they believe they can get away with until they are shown that they no longer can. Keep in mind that these are all events that I directly observed – not a collection of events all the other horror stories that have formed around the Ordo.

One last thing – while many people, including several defenders of Aryte – have told me that these are real life crimes and should be reported to the real life authorities (and that it hasn’t been done because my claims are bogus). Well, I agree with them in part, and sometime this July, when I move back to campus to start up my summer semester for my fourth year of mechanical engineering at my real life university, I will be making a trip to the local Internal Revenue Service to report my findings. I don’t mind giving people a chance to correct their mistakes, but if a person continues digging a pit, then they can burn in their own hell.

AntiGriefingPetition

Posted by Areth Gall on June 27, 2007

-This Article is under construction. Links and Images will be added as construction continues-

Read this Article to gain a better understanding of why this petition is taking place;

This is a link-hub to the sites of three Petitions, the General Petition, the Titan Petition, and the IntLibber Petition. These Petitions will be updated Daily. These petitions are all anti-griefing petitions, although each one has a different specific purpose that it states. The names of the petitions are derived from this article, and what each group or individual represents in it. LINK This Article inspired the construction of these petitions. Also, this article by the Second Life Herald, another Second Life Newspaper that derives information independantly of the Second Life Times, provides information from a different perspective. However, it is also proof that these articles aren’t just made up. LINK

The Purpose of each of these petitions is to show that there is support and reason for Community Leaders, Lindens, and anyone else whom may visit this petition, to consider accepting the following definitions of griefing and to deal with individuals whom are considered griefers under them, whether through these or future articles, or future actions that may occur. Through communities recognizing and acting on these petition, not only would it be possible prevent additional attacks against other communities by griefing factions, but individuals and groups whom committed griefing actions would face much stronger consequences by being eliminated from several communities instead of just one.

The General Petition is a statement that serious griefing done by any group or community should be held as griefing by all groups and communities, just not the one involved. Serious Griefing in this case is defined as a premeditated act with the intention to cause harm or serious harrassment. Sign this petition to show Community Leaders, Lindens, and everyone else whom may happen to view these pages that there is support and reason to take a stronger and more persistant stand on griefing, and that you believe these attacks are wrong and should be looked into.

The IntLibber Petition states that the actions of helping to setup land for the purpose of griefing other groups should be considered griefing itself, even if the individual involved is acting as a ‘nuetral agent’. Sign this Petition to state that assisting in the establishment of griefing actions should be banned.
The Titan Petition states that the donation of money or objects to be used in griefing is an action of griefing in itself, even if the group that provided the donation of money or objects does not actually participate in the execution of griefing attacks. Sign this Petition to state that donations to griefing should be banned.

Note: The signing of these Petitions will give the database your UUID key as well as your name. The UUID keys are taken for proving that you did in fact sign the petition. Keys will not be given out other than if Linden Labs or a Law Enforcement Agency requests them. Do not sign the Petition if you do not wish for your UUID key to be downloaded.

If interested, Landowners can pick up a set of petitions at the following locations to place wherever they please. Petitions are no copy, no mod, and no transfer, but you can take an unlimited amount.

Petition Stands can be obtained in these locations;
